WHAT TO DO NEXT

Most gay/lesbians have similar stories The truth is that every single one of them I know believe in God & THINK they are going to Heaven. 97% of Americans believe in God.

Even satan & his demons believe in God.

James 2:19 says:

You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble!

Just because you believe in God, doesn't mean you are going to Heaven. Only the people who except Jesus Christ as their savior & become new creatures in Christ will inherite the Kingdom of God.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

When your saved, you will no longer desire to do the "old things" that you did before & if you do find yourself thinking or even doing the "old" things, you will be sorrowful & repentant....you won't just keep doing it without remorse or desire to change.

Everyday we have a choice. We can choose to change the channel on the christian radio station, we can choose to change the preacher on the television, we can choose not to go to church, choose not to read the bible, choose not to pray.

Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;

Gods word also says: Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

If you are ready to choose life & ask Jesus as your savior, say this prayer from your heart:

Heavenly Father:..........................................................................
I come to you in prayer asking for the forgiveness of
my Sins. I confess with my mouth and believe with my
heart that Jesus is your Son, And that he died on the
Cross at Calvary that I might be forgiven and have
Eternal Life in the Kingdom of Heaven. Father, I believe
that Jesus rose from the dead and I ask you right now
to come in to my life and be my personal Lord and
Savior. I repent of my Sins and will Worship you all the
day's of my Life!. Because your word is truth, I confess
with my mouth that I am Born Again and Cleansed
by the Blood of Jesus! In Jesus Name, Amen.

Matt 6: 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Remember, THIS IS IMPORTANT The devil is going to try & stop you at every chance he gets. When a baby learns to walk, we don't expect it to jump up & walk across the room the first time! They will wobble & fall often. Don't get discouraged! Just like the parent of the baby, God is there to encourage you "come on, you can do it".

The scriptures (on left) are "key". Memorize them & say them out loud when you feel anxious or / and you are struggling.

Find yourself a bible believing church. You must find other believers to "cling" to. It is not a good idea to "hang out" with the same crowd you used to. You will find yourself right back there making it ok in your head.

Ask God to guide you PRAYER ; God, guide me to the church that you would have me go to that I would know plainly thats where you want me to be. Help me God to find new friends to be with that will not tempt me. (memorize) 1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

Dust off or go buy yourself a bible ( We read New King James & with it the Amplified Bible) for more thorough understanding. Read your bible everyday! Ask God PRAYER: God, help me to desire to read my bible every day alittle at a time & give me clarity in reading.

Set aside a few minutes everyday to pray. Ask God PRAYER: Help me God to focus on you today. Help my mind & thoughts to meditate on you. Help me to be strong because according to your word, "I can do all things thru Christ Jesus whom strengethens me"Php 4:13.

You must get self help cd's or tapes & books! Pick out the catergories that you have issues with like: your mouth , your thought life, fear , depression anything & everything that you have "strongholds" with is out there! Listen/read them daily: Romans 10:17 faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

If you fall or fall short, don't give up!! Thats just what the devil would like you to do! Get up & ask Gods forgiveness & ask for His strength!!!
