First it’s important you realize that God created you and He loves you.
You might have experienced Christian demonstrators in the past that have yelled at you or treated you disrespectfully. For that we apologize.
Let us say it again GOD LOVES YOU!
Romans 8:38 Romans 1:17 New Living Translation (NLT) … Nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angles nor demons…
Remember you were not born homosexual. You’ve been living a homosexual lifestyle because of choices you’ve made believing the lie that you were born that way like me or maybe you were under a Generational Curse.
Before we look at how God views homosexuality, let’s make sure we’ve defined homosexuality. Webster New Collegiate Dictionary defines homosexuality as 1) the manifestation of sexual desire toward a member of one’s own sex 2) erotic activity with a member of one’s own sex.
We need to make sure we distinguish the difference between the people engaged in homosexual activities (the homosexual) and homosexuality, which is the actual sexual act or the sin of homosexuality.
1Corinthians 6:9 New Living Translation (NLT) “Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, or are abusive, or cheat people- none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God.”
Leviticus 20:13 (the Living Bible) The penalty for homosexual acts is death to both parties. They have brought it upon themselves.
Jude 7 New Living Translation (NLT) And don’t forget Sodom and Gomorrah and their neighboring towns, which were filled with immorality and every kind of sexual perversion. Those cities were destroyed by fire and serve as a warning of the eternal fire of God’s judgment.
It’s very clear God views homosexuality as evil and even though God loves you, if you continue to engage in homosexual activities you will suffer the consequences and be sent to hell. Even if you’ve lived a “good life”, that will not matter.
Now you might say, “My god wouldn’t do that”. If you think “My god wouldn’t do that”, you have not spent timer studying the Bible and learning God’s true nature. Don’t be deceived into thinking that you have your own private “god” who pardons sin, according to your own belief system. The Bible is the absolute truth and there is only one true God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. This is the God you will sit before on Judgement Day.
Heaven and hell are very real places and the decisions we make here on earth determines where we will spend eternity.
Hell is described in the book of Luke.
Description of hell is in the book of Luke: 16:22-31 Amplified Bible
And it occurred that the man [reduced to] begging died and was carried by the angels to Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died and was buried.
And in Hades (the realm of the dead), being in torment, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far away, and Lazarus in his bosom.
And he cried out and said, Father Abraham, have pity and mercy on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am in anguish in this flame.
But Abraham said, Child, remember that you in your lifetime fully received [what is due you in] comforts and delights, and Lazarus in like manner the discomforts and distresses; but now he is comforted here and you are in anguish.
And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, in order that those who want to pass from this [place] to you may not be able, and no one may pass from there to us.
And [the man] said, Then, father, I beseech you to send him to my father's house--
For I have five brothers--so that he may give [solemn] testimony and warn them, lest they too come into this place of torment.
But Abraham said, They have Moses and the Prophets; let them hear and listen to them.
But he answered, No, father Abraham, but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent ([a]change their minds for the better and heartily amend their ways, with abhorrence of their past sins).
He said to him, If they do not hear and listen to Moses and the Prophets, neither will they be persuaded and convinced and believe [even] if someone should rise from the dead.
